• All session history, streaks, favorites, and settings are stored locally on your device using SwiftData
• No analytics, no tracking, no telemetry
• No accounts, no login, no cloud sync
• No network requests of any kind
• No third-party SDKs or frameworks

If you delete the app, all data is permanently deleted.

Audio Content

All affirmation audio files are bundled with the app at install time. No audio is streamed or downloaded after purchase.

Health & Wellness

Breathe & Say provides guided breathing exercises and positive affirmations for general wellness. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, and is not a substitute for professional mental health care.

None. Breathe & Say uses no third-party services, APIs, or SDKs. The app is entirely self-contained.
