FAQ
How does the daily rotation work?
Each calendar day (Jan 1 = Day 1, Dec 31 = Day 365) has a specific affirmation. Everyone sees the same affirmation on the same day.
How long is each session?
60 seconds. Five breathing cycles of 12 seconds each (4s inhale, 4s hold, 4s exhale). The affirmation is spoken during the first cycle.
Is there a subscription?
No. One-time purchase of $3.99. No ads, no in-app purchases, no subscriptions. Calm costs $70/year. You don't need a subscription to breathe.
Does it collect any data?
Nothing. No analytics, no telemetry, no network requests. The app never connects to the internet.
